How the Healthy Habit Reset Works

The program runs for 12 weeks and is grounded in the four pillars of wellness:

Nutrition - Movement - Sleep - Stress & nervous system support

Each phase focuses on one pillar at a time, so you’re not trying to change everything at once.

We work on the same pillar together as a group — but how you apply it is personalized.

Instead of assuming you need to keep adding more and more habits, we use a flexible approach I created - the A.S.A. Habit Framework

Format: 90 minute in‑person, weekly meetings

Meeting Time: 9:00 am - 10:30 am (coffee / tea provided!)

Location: Seminar Room B, Reh-Fit Centre, 1390 Taylor Avenue, Winnipeg

Investment: The regular investment for the Healthy Habits Reset is $899.

For the first in‑person group, I’m offering founding group pricing of $699. Payment plans are available.

Bonus:

Optional Add On:

Three 60-minute personal support sessions scheduled at the beginning, middle, and end of the Reset.

You’re not alone—most women who come into this program have a history of “starting over.” The difference here is that you’re not expected to overhaul your entire life or follow a rigid plan. Question 3: Do I need to follow a specific meal plan?

No. We focus on nourishment, hunger and fullness cues, consistency, and flexibility — not rigid rules or prescribed plans.

Life happens. While in‑person attendance is encouraged, you won’t be penalized for missing a week. The focus is progress over perfection.

Not at all. While we work on the same pillar together, how you apply it is personalized to your lifestyle, needs, and capacity.

No. This program meets you where you are. Movement is approached in a realistic, accessible way.
